PositiveThe people that work there are excellent. The care seems pretty good. Room is nice even if my aunt thinks it's small. I do wish there was more communication with the facility.

PositiveAll the staff know you by name and always treats you like family. Everyone there are very special. I am a very good judge of character. [name removed] explained everything and I trusted her. This really is a wonderful place. I don't know how they do this job every day. They must be very dedicated.

PositiveExperience has been mostly good. Have had some trouble getting phone answered at times. They do a decent job of keeping track of things like clothes and shoes. But TV remote went missing and when brought a walker up they had different walker when we took her out for lunch. Not sure where the original one went.

PositiveAutumn Leaves of Cypresswood was great. They were very kind to my loved one and I. I was still going through breast cancer treatments during his stay. I hated when I had to leave him, but he had a couple of nurse aides that were with him consistently. The hospice team kept me updated on his condition and ending journey. I would recommend them.

PositiveThis was the last facility I visited before making my choice, and I thought I already knew which I would choose before going in. They changed my mind with their Cleanliness, friendly staff and the way I witnessed them caring for their residents. They truly care for them all. So Happy with our pick. Your agency made this experience so much easier for me my family
