Lovely rooms, very roomy! Impeccably clean and smells nice. My friend is extremely happy here and gets great care.

Beautiful facility but below standard care.

The facility is very nice physically but not enough staffing for the number of people. My husband was there for a 10 day respite visit and they totally screwed up his meds. The med tech wasn't fluent in English and gave the wrong meds at the wrong time if at all. He had 3 meds starting with M and she thought they were all the same. And I caught her giving him his sleeping pill at 10 in the morning!! The never received a shower the entire time he was there. It was just not a good experience. He could barely ambulate…

Review for Solana at the Park

My mother paid extra for a higher level of care that was inconsistently delivered. Staff was not always trained as they should be, many did not use proper procedures to control cross contamination. This was a constant issue, dangling bracelets when providing personal care, long hair in the way etc. etc. There was confusion over medications.

Overall a nice community

A good experience working with your team. From out of town so your recommendations were so helpful. We chose Salanta at the Park. They were very kind to my sister and brother in law. Sadly my sister only lived for about 10 days and brother in law [date removed]. Cleanliness was satisfactory. I was only there a couple of times to get them settled. Friendly helpful staff. Our friend Jackie had an old fashioned Tea Party in the Presidents Dining room on Friday. Jackie and my wife set the room up so beautiful with the Help of Sabrina and here staff. They set up extra tables chair supplied coffee ice water for the 24 Ladies attending. Jackie had the party catered with finger foods and great pastries. I did a small tour of the Park at Surprise what a great place to visit and maybe stay in a latter time. I was so impressed I asked Sabrina to send the Brochure to a friend who may need ass…
