CriticalMy family member stayed at Solera due to the medical attention that was required from a brain injury. During that period of time Solera and their staff did little or nothing to help and did not follow any of the medical instructions from the hospital and doctors. Solera was horrible and they treat their immobile patients very poorly. The administrative staff is confrontational, disrespectful and downright rude. The nursing staff sit at the center of the rehab facility on their cell phones text messaging, laughing a…

PositiveMy husband was a patient previously at this facility .The building and rooms was very clean and the food was ok. The staff was amazing especially Ms. Kanika, the nurse manager was always so kind and prompt. Kanika is a God sent nurse who's friendly and always on point and take care of business. We really appreciated her assistance. We need more like her.

CriticalDon't bother. They do not pay attention to detail. Your loved one will be waiting for hours to be checked on even after you call or not. This place is indeed a joke! Ridiculous short staffed. Not enough workers to help with your loved one is a bad sign! This review is an honest review. Don't consider this place.
★★★★★
CriticalA disappointment! It is only nice but on the inside, this place needs help! Not enough CNAs nor Nurses. No DON and no medical Nurse. None of them do their job well nor strive to do a good job. By all means, skip this place and find better. I know all of these places are horrible but if you can find better than here.

CriticalStaff is not concerned about patients, my wife sat in soiled adult diaper for 12 hrs! Never had appropriate cleansing products ! Food was inedible, received 1 bath in almost 8 weeks! Think Twice, don’t be fooled by there reception

PositiveMy aunt is a patient at Solera at West Houston. My family visited several nursing homes, before choosing Solera. The customer service is great and staff are very polite. My aunt never complain about the food. She really like Friday fish day. Thanks Solera for making my aunt time in a nursing home GREAT.
