It's a nice retirement center

It's very nice here. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I've been here since [date removed]. The food is pretty good. They have made changes since I've moved here. Director is only on site every other week as she is also the director at [community removed]. Housekeeping is now every other week instead of weekly when I moved in. Other than that, it's very nice here.

The facility is very nice. The food was good. [name removed] is amazing. Walking in the young lady at the desk was not professional, didn't greet us with a hello, can I help you barely raised her head. The residents didn't come talk to us at all anywhere we were. After touring other places I see such a difference between them and Solista. The residents and other staff should be a big part of the tour. Everyone is nice and welcoming. They've been wonderful in working with me and my dad's unique needs. [name removed] is absolutely wonderful to work with! She is so friendly and kind and is there to help wherever needed. She has been the main contact person for myself and has helped every step of the way trying to navigate all the questions, all the changes and is so encouraging. She's an absolute gem.

My parents moved to the independent living community of Solista Everett by Cogir. Their apartment is pretty decent, and the staff is friendly. They really like everybody they're around because they're all their age. The cleanliness is really good, and it's in really good condition. The whole place is getting upgraded. [name removed] was certain he wouldn't like this kind of living. Now he's sleeping well, has gained 25 pounds and enjoys visiting with other residents in the dining room. I'm happy because he's happy! House keepers are nice to Have as well. Thanks to [name removed] and all the staff as well.
