PositiveHickory Solista is great - the staff is attentive, the facility is very clean and well kept, and the one-bedroom apartment is perfect for my dad. There are great activities arranged, but my dad has not wanted to participate. The food, per my dad, is mediocre.

Positive[name removed] was amazing and answered all of our questions. He even offered to let us stay for lunch to sample the food. Activities seemed to be plentiful. ★★★★★
PositiveThe service and staff were great. They were so good with my mother. They took good care of her and went above and beyond to hep her. The facility is beautiful and very clean and eye catching.

Activities are plentiful and the food is above average. The administrative staff are lacking in communication and I've had issues with …

The maintenance staff has also been wonderful and very responsive. One of the positives is having access to healthcare professionals, therapists, and caregivers on-site. It is important to note, however, that the caregivers are not Solista employees-they are housed at the facility and their services are paid for separately. There were also some areas…
