One thing about my apartment is my shower is unsafe I need a grab bar higher up so I can get a hold of it, also the food servicing size is too small doesn't fill me. Staff is great from what I have experience residents are great as well.

There was an ownership change and the food quality went down, also there was a water main break that displaced my father for 3 months which was hard on him.

My parents are not enjoying the dining, they say the food is not good. They like their apartment. They also had an issue with the cleaning staff did not clean their apartment for 2 weeks. My mom has been asked by the staff to look out for or care for another resident that may have dementia. My parents have not come to live a solstice to look out for other residents.
