CriticalThe hallway carpets are stained from dog urine. Unfortunately, this has been a persistent problem for several years and has recently become significantly worse. The current management has not made resolving this issue a priority beyond occasional carpet cleaning. While the front-line staff and Team Life staff are caring, attentive, and doing their best, the underlying problem remains unresolved. CriticalI moved out on [date removed]. The food is not balanced, food service is slow. Have to wait sometimes over an hour to be served. The elevators are breaking down. Have walk down 5 flights of stairs. Rent does not substantial the services or complex. The elevators sometimes smelled of urine. I was on the 5th floor. The hallway in my area smelled of urine. Go past a resident apartment it smelled of urine.

PositiveThe people there, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Actually, even the tenants are very friendly. I have recommended to others already

It is within walking distance to the train and grocery store. The staff and residents are friendly . Would love to know would the cost is for food. It is no…

My brother could have used a few more pointers about public transportation in the area. Info came from residents rather than staff. I will also say that personally we were focused on different things getting my brother settled so it could have been us not remembering. The Food is good but portions are small for a 61 yr old man. Also times are strict…
