Laundry room.

LAUNDRY ROOM. When we were showed around the facility they showed us that each wing has it's own laundry room. And that each laundry room has 2(two) wash machines and 2(two) dryers. I moved in last [date removed]. In our laundry room, one washer and one dryer has been out of order since January. So at this point they have been out of order for about 9 months. IT IS WELL PAST TIME TO GET THEM FIXED. I am doing this here because talking to the management does not get results.

Generally happy with my experience

I'm in a cottage not apartment so it's like having my own home. Housekeeping supposed to come weekly but always seem to be short staffed so some weeks missed. But they do a good job on cleaning floors, bathrooms and changing sheets. Office staff is great, activities are great. Maintenance takes to long and is understaffed. Dining room is generally good.

This has been a great place for dad to continue to live......

*** dad has not participated in any of the activities. I think the options offered are great. He's just chosen not to do any of them. *** housekeeper is wonderful. However, there have been several occasions she has not come either because she's needed else where or she's been out for personal reasons. There's been little to no replacements. So dad goes without housekeeping even though it's part of what he pays for. *** Meals - dad likes to cook for himself so he doesn't have to not go to the dining room very ofte…

Great choice

Staff is incredibly wonderful. Building kept clean and orderly. Residents very friendly. For the cost of 1 bedroom honestly kitchen area way to small. No countertop space at all. Small for the cost.
