Beautiful campus inside and out, the set up of Assisted Living works very well for my mom. I was able to meet the Clinical director, Activities, Director, and facility director during my visit, the residents appeared to be happy, clean, and interacting with each other and the staff. Smooth transition

We can’t say enough good things about South Port Square and the care our mom has received. Mom initially moved into Assisted Living, but unfortunately, her dementia progressed very quickly. Within 30 days, we were able to transition her to Memory Care, and from the very beginning, the nurses immediately began working on solutions to help her feel more comfortable, relaxed, and secure. I would definitely rate them a 10 out of 5 overall, great place! the sales manager was more than just doing sales, she was so helpful and caring and continued to check in with us after dad was moved in, always helpful and stopped in to visit dad during the day! First, I must recognize Christina, the Sales Director, for all of her incredible efforts and dedication. She supported our family when we had lost hope, providing us with guidance, knowledge, resources, and compassion every step of the way. The support and attention to clinical care, along with the commitment to being proactive and attentive to my aunt’s needs, were truly unmatched. My loved one lives in memory care at south port and we are very impressed with the overall care and attention to the cognitive changes. We moved him form meridian of punta gorda after a horrible week of dealing with untrained staff and empty promised from management. South port has ben vested from day one and continue to look out for my parent. Don't be deceived by new build appearance. South port has always been the superior option and I for one am so glad they have not lost sight of what they do best.

SOUTH PORT SQUARE MEMORY CARE

My parent moved to memory care recently and what a difference from [community removed] where he was for short time. the staff know the challenges with my parent and are committed in helping and the move has been day and night. my family thought a newer campus would be a better place but boy were we wrong. where meridian says no and didnt try, south port has gotten ahead of things and has solutions... imagine that! South port is still the superior care option after all these years. My family cant thank them enough.
