PositiveMommy needing more care, but great experience here
They were great with mom, but limited to what she needed, she needs 24hr care, I really thought they were a great fit, but mom needed more. The staff was great especially nurse [name removed], when she always kept us updated and informed with mom while she was there, but she couldn't stay there as they were hands off, and mommy needed more care as she is now in a skilled facility.

Overall this has been a great experience. It was easy moving Mom in and everyone has been very supportive and helpful. Every time I am there I see the cleaning staff working. They are very nice and if there is something that I see in Mom's room they come right up and take care of it. The staff are all very friendly, caring, kind, and fun. PositiveGreat like home experience
I presently have a family member at Southmayd. In the past 15 years I have had three other relatives live there. The staff is amazing. The activities are wonderful and allow for self expression and as much or as little participation as the patient wishes. No holiday or birthday goes by without a party. Decorations abound.

PositiveWonderful safe and great overall.
My aunt has been there for 5 years now. At first she was not sure she wanted to be there but those feelings changed quickly. She loves this place and the people who work here. I am very grateful to find such a nice place that treats their women with dignity and love. I only wish we had gotten my aunt in here years before. If you need a safe and beautiful environment for you family member this is the place.
