PositiveI cannot speak highly enough of Southwood at Norwell Nursing Home and the outstanding care they provided for my father-in-law. From the moment he arrived, the staff welcomed him with kindness, respect, and compassion, ensuring he was always comfortable and well cared for. The nurses and caregivers consistently went above and beyond, taking the time to engage with him, understand his needs, and provide both medical and emotional support. The facility itself was always clean, inviting, and well-maintained, creating a…

PositiveAfter leaving an acute rehabilitation facility, I transferred to Southwood for two weeks of additional PT and OT. I understood the difference between the level of care at these two different levels and feared I would not get the care I needed at the sub acute level my insurance had declared me to be. Southwood was welcoming and well prepared for my visit. The entire staff, professional and non-professional, treated me with dignity and respect. My therapies were appropriate and received twice a day. The nutritionist…

PositiveEveryone is so kind and helpful! I cannot express enough gratitude for what these people do for our elderly population. Such a great experience. Highly recommend!

PositiveBoth of my Grandparents spent their last years at Southwood and we could not have asked for better care. The staff and administration were very responsive to the needs of my Grandparents and the rest of the family as well. This is not part of a large chain and it shows in the quality of care provided!
