PositiveI have been to 5 facilities in the Las Vegas area in the last 2 years. Once after a coma caused by pneumonia 4 Months at a one questionable but survivable experience after the hospital. I then had a relapse and woke up in a facility with a traciatome (I do not recommend one of these, or the facilities that deal with this if your on medicare or Medicaid. Next time just let me go.) If your family goes through this watch them like a hawk, inspect the night shift. I had no family to watch out for me at the 3 other faci…

CriticalMy mom stayed in Spanish Hills Wellness Suites Nursing Homes. The facility was okay. The people there were okay. I had bad experiences. I had to constantly tell them to give my mom a shower. They wouldn't do it. I had to go to the director in regards to that. So my opinion on it wasn't that good. The only thing that was good about it was that they offered rehabilitation. A lot of people tried to participate in the rehab. She was walking with the walker, and they worked with her in regards to trying to bui…

PositiveMy wife stayed at Spanish Hills Wellness Suites. Our experience was very good. They had her in a private room. They were very conscious of her needs. She was happy with the food and with the place. They started medicating her and she seemed to come around. We didn't believe that she was coming around. We thought she still has dementia and we were looking for another home to put her in because from what I understand, it wasn't a long-term place for her. She was fighting to come home and they did some more …

CriticalThis is a very poor poor poor service providing facility the building may be beautiful but the workers in it are grade 0 below well below average especially a CNA called Ruben the laziest thing that I know in the facility been there for years however that's because most of the residents are unable to talk for themselves residents are left in feces and urine you smell it down the Halls when you ask for something it takes forever for to get brought to you even if it's just simple ice water when you push the…

CriticalMy Uncle was here for rehab. I talked to him every day. He didn't answer my calls or texts for 2 days. I asked for a well fair check, he was incoherent, and couldn't talk. That same day he was transported to Spring Valley hospital. The doctor said his kidneys were close to failure. If I hadn't requested a wellness check, I don't know if he would be alive today. Don't send your loved one here.

CriticalMy husband is in rehab at Spanish Hills Wellness Suites. Unfortunately, my husband is confined to a bed. I wish they would check in on him more often. He has a pretty ugly rash and I'm worried about it. I check it now every day. They get speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy and he hasn't shown any improvements, but that's him because he's pretty bad off. His stroke was major and he's 86. The positive things are I see people getting physical therapy, people improving, p…
