CriticalTerrible
The only entity that works properly at Les Ventanas are the young girls that bring meals, help people getting their baths, cleaning the rooms and making beds. Nurses are lazy and unresponsive. PT staff is a hit and miss bunch. The head of PT is great but does not have control of his staff. The food is terrible and the cooks pay no attention to the food ordered, plus the food is generally served cold and is unappetizing. The financial department tries to double bill and if one does not pay they threaten collection…
