Spanish Vines was fine. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It's a good location. The manager was helpful.

Avoid!

It's a terrible place. They lost all of my mom's meds & miraculously they reappeared when I threatened to file a complaint against them. Mom went weeks without her meds. The food is shameful. Its an awful place that should be shut down. I did make a complaint with the ombudsman

The assisted living facility is wonderful. The staff are caring and attentive, and there are so many services that make residents feel comfortable and supported. There are plenty of activities that keep everyone engaged and social, and the food is excellent with lots of variety. It’s a warm, welcoming community, and I would highly recommend it.

I visited the memory care facility. The staff is very on top of getting back to me in a good amount of time, and they asked me questions about whether I have certain papers. They were very attentive to my needs, and they made sure they called me periodically to see how I was doing. I like the fact that the area is clean and quiet. The last time my sister went on vacation, we had to put my dad in a facility for the VA, and it was just horrible. People were screaming everywhere, people cussing and yelling. Here it wa…

We had a great first impression of Greenhaven Estates. While we did not tour the memory care facility, the assisted living side seemed well managed and clean.

Nice friendly place, but needs better food

They really try to get families involved at the holidays and other activities . They need to hire a new cook. The food is terrible and could be way better.
