Spero Lakeville Senior Living is very clean and tidy. It has a nice aroma. The apartments are beautiful. They only have 55, and we found it to be a very nice place. It's by Lakeville North High School, and it's only four years old. The staff who gave the tour was very knowledgeable and very helpful. They have several group areas to meet in with different types of overstuffed chairs. Some of the rooms have little electric fireplaces. There is a library. There is also a theater area.
