PositiveThe staff has been superb and very supportive of my Mom. The facilities and rooms are always clean and the trash is emptied daily. The size of the apartment is quite sufficient for my Mom -- my only suggestion would be to make the channel changing experience more friendly for the elderly. They have a tough time selecting apps, streaming, etc. The food is always hot and very appealing with the staff being very accommodating with any type of changes.

PositiveVisitors are welcome 24x7. The employees are like family, they care and it shows. They will call if anything happens to the resident. And pets are welcome, offering huge comfort to the resident. Highly recommend.

PositiveI have been very happy with him being there. I am often there and never see anything that really concerns me. He seems to be very happy there and is actually begging to get back there now. The staff have always been easy to work with. [name removed], the director is available and answers our questions. She makes us feel comfortable going to her with questions or concerns. One thing I do not know is how much things will change, if any, since the new company has taken over.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is the cleanliness and staff is very helpful and attentive to needs. Yes, we would recommend Dominion of Frankfort to other families based on the experience so far.
