CriticalOur experience
Overall experience was good except when we got ready to leave it was like the change completely. We found a place closer to home and work better for us. Misunderstanding about the cost and reimbursement of funds at the end, but we took care of it. The only thing that we didn't like mostly was one time we found out that she went nine days without a shower or bath. Really nice as long as everything was smooth once at the end when question attitudes changed.

Everyone has been exceptionally helpful. The size of my apartment is good. It was tough downsizing but it needed to be done. Once I can get everything put away all will be well. Storage in main bath is slim but we'll get that figured out.

We did not sample the food but neighbors have been really impressed when they were there visiting a loved one. The staff we met seem very friendly and helpful. Might be a little more expensive but is very impressive.

My husband was here. It was very nice. He was treated very nicely, and I would recommend it to anyone. It was just a wonderful place to be for him. He was well taken care of. He interacted as much as he could with his dementia. He always recognized me when I went there to visit. He had a private room. At the beginning, he was able to participate in activities, but not since January. He had four strokes, and so as he had the strokes, his ability or whatever diminished.
