PositiveA really friendly staff!
Spring Gardens was very accommodating! Very clean; in-fact it was immaculate every time we went there! The staff was genuine; nurses were exceptional with mom and with us!!! Meals were something to look forward to! As far as recreational mom wouldn't do anything there; but they had plenty of things to keep the residents busy! I'm really glad we had an opportunity to see how a well run facility could be run!!!

My husband and I moved to Spring Gardens Draper's assisted living facility. We have been here for about ten days, and we chose it because of the room size. They give excellent care. The CNAs and everyone are just friendly and helpful. They just can't do enough for you. Our room is large enough, and it's very bright with big windows. The dining area is beautiful, too, but the food is nothing to write home about. We haven't had time to do activities yet. It's a new facility, only five years o…

5 on all. I am very pleased with my mother's care. The big thing is she has been welcomed into the community seamlessly and talks about her dinner friends as well as her crocheting club. She has lived alone for such a long time that she sounds much happier being surrounded by people.

PositiveThey had a lot of coordinated calendar events. This would be great when you need assistance for things. On site nurses that visit and are available 24/7. There were a lot of musicians who would come in and visit/perform. The Tour Director, [Name removed], is helpful, kind, and great at her job.

1- mom's room is comfortable with bathroom, bedroom. Kitchen area 2- the cleanliness of the whole building 3- the meals- dining room could be larger for people with walkers and wheelchairs to get around. 4- the staff is friendly and knowledgeable The only negative comment we have was the administration of insulin.
