Spring Gardens Meridian

We toured, I think 4 places, and each had their plusses and minuses. We settled on Spring Gardens mainly because of the size of her apartment and the closet size. [name removed] had NEVER lived in an apartment. This was huge for her on multiple levels. They did everything to make her transition as easy as possible. [name removed] has continued to decline and the staff has been there for her. It's unbelievably expensive. I would give the process and the outcome a 4.

Great staff, need more just like them!

The staff was great but a little short for all the care these types of of patients need. Food really not too great but staff was always friendly.

A Good Choice

Spring Gardens is a beautiful place with a good staff and compassionate people. For the very short time my father was there, we were very happy, although memory care is never a place you want your family to need. [name removed] was great to work with and so was [name removed]. The memory care team that watched over my father was thoughtful, kind and respectful. Four days are not enough to form a complete and full evaluation; however, I believe that the care and respect we saw in the short term would have continued…

Overall great place.

Mark your loved ones items because the residents keep moving things around. Also the staff are super nice and you can come visit pretty much any time at all. It would be nice if the food was more fresh and had more flavor!

Family Environment

We have spread the word to those looking for a good facility. Caring staff, and a well-maintained facility.

I toured Harmony Hills Assisted Living Meridian. I had an overall good tour, but it all boiled down to availability. Harmony also kind of had a urine smell and I wasn't sure if that would be recurrent. That was a bit off putting.
