They took such good care of my mom! [name removed] was so caring. My mom loved the activities especially the ones that happen during the week. She made so many new friends. Its amazing the care they take to ensure that she is comfortable.

Great place for my mom

The place is very beautiful! Moving my loved one in was easy. They were super sweet to let us eat with them a number of times. I understand that they were able to actually get the billing set up correctly so my loved ones extended care insurance is paying.

Excellent Care

We explored a number of options, and was very impressed with the proffesionalism at Veranda. I am glad we made this choice, for my loved one.

I toured Veranda at Paramount and had an overall great first impression and tour. I didn't think it was much different than the community we ended up choosing. It just boiled down to their availability and the fact that they had a Covid outbreak. I didn't want to be in a position where I wouldn't be able to see my mom at all; and it seems like that'd be the case there with their Covid protocol.

NOT a place for Mom.

Their communication was horrible. They were extremely short-staffed and could not keep employees. The daily care staff was friendly, but the administration was not. Different administrators had very different viewpoints. The community had a lot of rules, but whether those rules were followed or not depended upon who was implementing them. There was no consistency. The biggest problem was the CEO, because everybody answered to her, yet she wasn't even there 90% of the time. So each staff member was trying to please …

a good place for mom

The staff is great and they do a wonderful job. This has been a very pleasant experience. Communication between the staff and our loved ones is very good. The return calls back quickly and keeps us well informed. I would recommend this community to others
