Nice lady met me at the door and took me on the tour of 3 available rooms. Facility appeared clean. None of the residents were in the common areas. No appearance or aroma of dinner being prepared. We are not interested in this facility. Grade: 2

Spring hill

Great staff, really kind and caring. Hospice is starting for our mom and there will be a $1000/mo increase for the facility to accommodate this but they did give us 30 days notice of this, which I feel is pretty fair.

Chris was very welcoming and open. Home was clean and two residents we saw were up and dressed in the common area. I think owner is a seasoned professional who genuinely cares about the elderly.
