The team at Spring Oak is the best! They always take time to answer questions, listen to concerns and reassure me when I have concerns. Having both parents at Spring Oak can be very difficult, but hearing "We've got this" and "It will be okay" really helps during the hard times. I couldn't do this without your help! CriticalI would never put another family member in this facility. my family member was supposed to get bathed twice a week, she was lucky to get one a week. they only changed her sheets when we complained about them not being changed (over 2 months). administration didn't seem very interested in residents.
