This place is a filthy dump! And nobody cares! Front Desk is useless! I wish my feelings and this place were different, but they are not. I have complained several times all to no avail! Do not send anyone that you care about here!

[name removed] is in independent living. There isn't much to rate in terms of care. I cannot speak to the meals and dining. With the activities, I've seen some great things, buttge routine activities seem more geared to woman than men. I think I would recommend this community to others. They've certainly been very responsive to me and quick to accommodate [name removed] needs.

My sister is at Spring Oak of Toms River. She has been there for two or three weeks now. They were very workable with the price. The community has been great. It's been very helpful for her and me. She is doing very well there. The staff is excellent. Her room is very clean and well-maintained. They take good care of her and everything. The food is excellent. She is also doing chair yoga, Rumba, and she goes to socials. She is getting very acclimated and meeting friends.

Overall it is good. Some of the items I haven't experienced yet. Activities, food/dining experience. The staff seem very nice and cares. Room size is nice, the only negative would be the heating/cooling system. Could be better.
