We visited the assisted living community of Springfield Assisted Living. We didn't taste their food, but I like how they set up their dining area. It was more of a restaurant-style setup, and they offered multiple food choices for each person. The staff also seemed very friendly. I did not like the fact that there were so many different hallways because it's kind of confusing. The rooms were also very dated. I think it needed a lot of updating and repair. CriticalNice Apartment w/ Back Porch
Mom is doing ok. It would be pretty much the same as it is going to be most places. We love having the apartment for her with a back deck and a yard, to make it feel like a real Home, and she can have her pet there which is what Talk to to that place. On the negative, the food is terrible and they are always understaffed so there are sometimes some med pass issues.

My friend is at Springfield Assisted Living. I like the community. Everybody seems good and friendly. The aides are nice, friendly, and helpful. Most of them are willing to help their clients. They seem to work well with my friend. The food is okay. The maintenance is good. The facility seems nice and kept clean. Even though my friend doesn't participate, they do offer a lot of activities.
