My mom moved into Springvale about a month ago. We chose this place because we were impressed by the helpful and friendly staff and the services they provide. My mom enjoys the daily activities they have for the residents. and I am glad she has other people to spend time with. I feel like she is in a very safe and caring environment and that means a lot to me. I am glad we found Springvale.

I attended outing with my mom who is a resident. We went to a local Italian Restaurant. Residents were provided transportation and lunch of their choice. A great social experience within the local community.

Springvale Assisted Living is great. The facilities are top notch. The staff is incredible. They do a great job providing the residents with lots of activities and interesting events that are exciting to the residents. They often have family events where the residents and their families can come together and have new experiences as a community. The dining and food experiences have gotten better over the last year. However I still feel for the cost of the facility the dining and food services should be much better …

I have been living in the assisted living facility of Springvale Assisted Living & Memory Care for two months now. They have activities. Just something for you to do other than being in your room. They have games and some meetings that make you feel more part of the group. They had balloon bobbing, where you'd be in wheelchairs, and it's a good game. They have people who are not able to stand, so it makes it a lot more fun to do that. My interactions with the staff have been very good, too. I wish it …
