PositiveUnfortunately, I have experienced quite a few facilities in my brother's long illness. This is the best so far for nursing and rehab care on my list. It is clean, bright and the staff are all friendly and helpful. It is quite obvious they care for the patients and respond well when needed. The food is nutritious and fresh and appetizing. Every staff member from nurses and doctors to cleaning crew are kind and respectful. When someone you care about is in need of a facility like this, Windsor Gardens offers the…

PositiveAdmitted my mom for post- stroke care and rehab. She's been to one other skilled nursing center and my family finds Windsor to be much better. The facility is well managed, the staff is very professional and outwardly caring, food seems fresh, and things are clean and neat. They have 2 nursing stations so patients are well supervised and their response time to patient needs is good. I've worked with a handful of the nurses there and they all seem knowledgeable. The area in Fullerton is safe and quiet.

CriticalMy dad is at Windsor Gardens. It felt like a typical nursing home. I saw their dining area, and it definitely looked like a recreational area. My dad takes his meals in bed, and the food is not that great. Their staff speaks English, but with a lot of them, it’s difficult to understand their English. My dad has problems with staff not coming to change him.

CriticalMy mother recently spent twelve days at Windsor Gardens in Fullerton, California after hip replacement surgery. We were really disappointed with her short term care there. Upon arrival, I had to insist that she be added to the therapy roster. At discharged she was sent out without a walker or even a cane to assist in her continuing home rehabilitation, even as this was directed by their physical therapy manager. While Windsor Gardens appears to be well quipped for long term convalescent care, in our opinion it is n…

PositiveThey do a good job. It's a really clean place. I have no complaints about them. My loved one is kept clean, and is well looked after. After a broken bone she came here for rehab and we may keep her here long term. She is up and around. We are pretty pleased with them so far.
