I visited this facility

The Stillwaters Estates Retirement Community in Centralia was very nice. It's gated, and the people were nice. It looks like a good fit for my mom because she's very social and they have a lot of stuff going on in their clubhouse. They have potlucks once a month and they always have something going on. During my visit, I talked to a couple who were walking around. They'd been there for about 3 years and said they loved it. That's the type of setting I wanted for my mom. The staff was great too. …

Purchased jointed owned home in 2016. Overall good experience EXCEPT past 18 months lots of disrespectful children in streets, walkways, and pasts. (Have pictures to document this statement). Management has refused to acknowledge this growing issue. It poses a significant safety risk for people with any type of disability problem. Otherwise, most neighbors have been great. Overall, would recommend this community.
