CriticalMy mother was at Stonehaven for two long weeks. We experienced medication mix ups, nights when she was not given her medication and staff documenting she received medication she did not get. When we complained we then experienced long waits to get her call light answered. My mother is of sound mind, is very sharp and could not wait to leave.
