Stoneridge Creek is a beautiful continuing care community. It's just a little more crowded compared to the place we chose for ourselves. They only have about 30 acres, so the dwellings are kind of packed in. They also wanted a $30,000 deposit, which is unlike any of the other ones we visited. They would refund up to 70%. That's the only refundable part. Otherwise, it's an amortization, which would give you nothing back, so we felt that was too expensive for us. The staff was very professional during …
