CriticalI hate to say anything for fear of retribution. There were some serious communication issues between staff. We toured 3 times. Some things were confusing but we finally worked it out. I signed a rent agreement with them for a set amount. The day I moved him in the nurse met with us and an hour later she raised the amount $[removed]. I was in shock and sick. Had an anxiety attack. I called the manager the next day. She agreed with me that we go with the amount I signed in the agreement. Never heard of a business doi…

PositiveAll the staff is very friendly and so are the residents! Love the storage availability. Even though her apartment is smaller than [community removed] it feels bigger with extra high ceilings. Food is great with lots of choices. The Chef even stopped in to see what kinds of foods she likes. Overall great place!
★★★★★
PositiveIt is a very lovely place. I would say the biggest issue they have with it is the wait time when they would call for help. At the very beginning it was very unorganized and we had issues with meds. That has been resolved and everything else is going better. My dad does not like the food choices. It is too spicy for him. He is a very bland person so doesn't like his food to have so much seasoning on it.
★★★★★
CriticalNice facility- good food - not enough staff to keep track of memory care patients - way too expensive for what you get - the money you give them will never get back- my wife was there for just short of 2 months - we had a large credit on our account when we left and not a dime back - would not recommend cedar stone at all!

PositiveWhat a great change to this building. Storypoint seems to understand that building community culture is a basic starting point to making the community shine. A lot of change in the past few months, majority is good! We look forward to seeing what continues to happen in this beautiful community. Staff finally seem happy, which is a positive for the residents there!

PositiveThe rooms were very nice and spacious. They offer many amenities to make the move a little easier. Everyone we met was especially nice and our tour guide, Shalane, was very kind, helpful and empathetic to our situation. Even though it’s been a tough transition for us for many reasons, this all made things a little easier with giving us all the tools we need.
