Overall, my experience has been very good. [name removed] and [name removed] have been very helpful along with all of the staff at StoryPoint. The food looks very appealing. I haven't tried it yet and maintenance staff have hung all the pictures in her room, which is very spacious the activities I think are tremendous that are brought in and stat and staff encourage my mother-in-law to participate

Care she gets I think is very good and a "5". Administration is not as responsive, other than Brandon there is also very good. Took months to get billing - including the head of the facility - to figure out an overpayment (thousands of dollars) - and the first bill after the adjustment is back to the prior (incorrect) amount. My aunt is doing really well physically with their care. It's great to have medical staff on hand. Very appreciative of the caregivers' services.

It is strictly memory care! By using this one we didn't have so many residents compared to nursing homes. Staff has been exceptionally helpful, supportive, and patient! There are so many activities, [name removed] doesn't use them but she gets social interaction. First room she had by herself. Lots of room! She rooms with another woman and plenty of room. They do their best to keep everyone moving and in groups.

I went to StoryPoint Urbandale for a tour. It's a nice place. It's just very unaffordable for our family. They had a great staff and plenty of medical nurses, and everyone seemed pretty friendly. It's a nice community with a lovely outdoor space. They had nice activities. I also felt that they were well-staffed, which was nice because other places didn't have that many.
