They began working with my parents prior to their move into the community. That made moving in like coming to be with friends. It's not been an easy transition for my parents, but staff has worked hard with us to make it an overall positive experience. This is not our first facility, but I am happy to say it will be our last!

I am very impressed with StoryPoint in Waterville. My Mother in Law has been staying there since July in their memory care facility. She has advanced Alzheimer’s and they are equipped to understand her daily life situations. We were impressed with the facility from the very first day we had our tour. Over all pretty good, The aides are very sweet and most do a pretty decent job, every once in a while we have a little bit of miss communication but gets fixed very quickly. Staff- is good. Only down part is some fees we did not know about before we moved mom in, but not sure that was not asking right question or they forgot to mention it. Activity- is great and have plenty of it. food- is great with lots of variety It is very clean, the cleaning staff work really hard. Apartment size is really good.

My mom has been in the Enhanced Living for 1 year now. The caregivers helped make her transition a smooth one and have shown mom so much love and caring. She is a picky eater but can always find something she likes on the menu. Her apartment is perfect for her. She recently had a health issue and is recovering well. So thankful for the extra care SP caregivers were willing and able to provide so we didn’t have to displace her. While mom doesn’t participate in a bunch of activities, they have something for everyone.…
