After a few visits, a tour and a short time on a wait list, my favorite type of apartment became available. A short time later, after upgrades were completed, I moved in. I am very satisfied with the staff in all areas from the office, housekeeping, maintenance, food and activities. My apartment is quite comfortable and perfect for me. I have what I need in my apartment. The office staff is always friendly and provides information in elevators, bulletin boards and printed information for each of us. Stratford Court is the best! My experience with Stratford Court is all positive. They are fantastic, their care for the residents was top notch. Like they are caring for their own mother and father. The apartment layout is very nice and very roomy! The Assisted living area was always clean, It never smelled bad! The front desk girl is exceptional! The director Susan is wonderful too. Stratford Court of Palm Harbor was very elegant and relaxing. The shared spaces were wide open and had a lot of fresh air. They had walking trails outside, and that's by the swimming pool. She took us to different apartments and showed us the different sorts of things that might appeal to me. And she said that she had one ready and would take me the next day if I wanted to come. She was very good, knowledgeable, and personable.

My mother in law really likes the staff and finds them kind and supportive. She's made new friends and has told me once she got settled the room is big enough. She appreciates they let her choose the her room so she has a nice view of the courtyard. She's enjoying the activities and she's more engaged and seems happier than she has in years.
