PositiveI found the staff to be both professional and personable. My tour was very informative and inviting. Overall I was impressed with the general atmosphere and am seriously considering choosing Sugar Valley Estates as my future residence. My major concern is the pricing and the rate that it has increased each year.

There were lots of promises about the attentiveness of staff. In the last month, we have not found that to be as accurate as we would like. They seem dismissive and placating. The dining experience has been horrible. My mother-in-law spends on average 2 1/2 hours at each meal. It is very disorganized and chaotic. The food is subpar. The room size is quite small. She has a studio. She was willing to give up living space in exchange for the other amenities, especially dining that is included. One of her major complai…

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and do an exceptional job. They offer many different activities, meet with the residents to get their input. The dining experience is interesting, again there is a monthly meeting with anyone who wishes to participate. We are offered choices. I've heard a lot of comments from residents about the cleanliness. Our apartment size is comfortable and I have never been afraid to stay here.
