PositiveThe facility welcomes visitors to a thoughtfully Fall decorated lobby, but more importantly, the facility is clean and odorless. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the residents. There are common areas that residents can access at any time such as the Living Room where a tv is playing movies in a cozy space.

All the staff have been caring in a very authentic way. my mom is in a great place and she is treated well. Apartment size is on the small side, staff is wonderful, food is great, facility is very clean and they have a full and PT activities team and do lots of fun activities.

We have been there for approximately 3 weeks and so far I would grade them a 5 in all of the categories. Everyone has been very responsive to our needs. And stayed in constant contact. The staff has been super. Took the daughter and I on a special tour of the facility and was able to provide us with an individual response to questions and concerns.
