Critical

avoid at all costs

The staff doesnt interact with the guests. they are placed in front of a t.v. all day with cnn on (the caregiver likes to watch this channel) My Mother was restarined in a wheelchair by a knittted blanket. It got so bad I had to report them to the ombudsman. They dont keep the medical records at the house. Prior to my mother going there no evaluation was done, and they decided they could not keep her there.
