Welcoming Environment

Staff - The staff are very attentive and reach out to me with results & concerns from her visits with the on site physician as well as anything else that may be of concern to me. Food - the dining staff is very accommodating and they hold a food forum once a month with the residents and family if they choose to attend. At the food forum, they want to know what the residents like and dislike and anything new they would like to be added. I have eaten with them on occasion and the food is very flavorful. Activities …

I toured on a weekend so there were some questions that the staff member couldn’t answer. I never received a call from the sales agent after the tour, so I ruled out Summit Place.

The place was very worn, setting was not what I was looking for and I was not impressed. The lady that showed me around was extremely nice and appreciative of her showing me around.

Great Community

My mother is a resident at Summit Place of Mooresville. She loves living there so far, the staff is friendly caring and meet all her needs.. she loves the other residents and enjoys all the activities that they do. I highly recommend summit place of mooresville.

The staff are phenomenal

My mom has passed, but while she was there, they took wonderful care of her. [name removed] and the rest did their absolute best for her. They answered all my questions and did everything we asked to keep mom comfortable
