Caring and helpful

The staff is always caring and helpful in my experiences with them. My mother is in memory care and can be trying at times, but they are always patient and understanding. They are also timely in reporting any incidences and keep me up to date on any issues.

Not as good as i would like

Most of the staff is very nice and accommodating, the food is not the best, from what i noticed maybe 30% of the time it is good. The weekly cleaning is terrible and the cleaners seem to want to rush through cleaning, they never clean under the bed, or remove trash that is not in the pail,(paper cups, napkins, ETC)nor do they remove anything from the surfaces before cleaning, they just wipe around it. Overall good job!

I think overall the facility is good and my family member is taken care of there. Services for residents like laundry, cleaning, general maintenance could be more reliable and timely. The hallways have an odor which makes me wonder about the state of some residents’ spaces. The elevator floor needs to be cleaned more often. The facility should have more tables for all residents to eat dinner. The WiFi connection needs to be available and able to support all residents’ rooms.
