I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

This facility is being investigated for the poor quality of living they are offering patients or tenants. Through the licensing DSS, and adult protective services ombudsman for Mismanagement of meds for dementia care. Also they offer no activities as stated in their brochures. And no one is allowed to sit on the couches to watch tv. More importantly they are having money problems and possible shutdown as I was told by the administrator. They have a lack of caregivers support due to funds. Please check with Licensin…
