PositiveThis is a great place for our Mom
As soon as we walked in, we knew this was the place for our Mom. Very inviting and homey feel. Everyone friendly and helpful. Lots of ammentities, activities, plus less expensive than where our Mom was up on Oregon. She loves her apartment. She's only been here 2 weeks, and really is feeling comfortable here.

PositiveOur experience
[name removed] has minimal health needs so I can't judge how they do for intense care. It's great for him. The only negative I have is that there's turnover in the worker jobs that result in very occasional misses in weekly laundry pick up and delivery. A mention of this gets immediate results. Plus due to memory issues I can't quantify this. Overall experience is great. Staff is friendly, lots of activities and get togethers. Studio apartment is perfect for 1.

All of those things were great. The staff was friendly, engaging and really cared about my mom's needs. She first moved into an assisted living room which was more than enough room with windows allowing natural light all day. She then moved into memory care with the same room description as above. Both rooms were always clean and tidy by the staff. My mom was at Sun City West for 5 months and declined fast with dementia, so she did not participate much in the many social and activity events always going on. The sta…

the staff in general is great. I feel like the sales rep over promised but fell short and then He quit. I feel like he failed us. I also feel like the medicine administration and pharmacy change was a bit of a struggle and frustrating. Again, promises that fell short.
