Huntsville is a small TX town. There's not many choices but you gave me other options not too far away. My mom is happy & doing better each day. She's in a facility that doesn't use your service but other places are definitely nice as well. There was no available space at time we needed.

I chose to move into Sundale and I love that it's small privately owned and operate it. The staff the everybody from the owner the nursing staff, the office staff everyone even the maintenance people and the residents are so friendly. it's really like a large family where everyone kind of looks out for everyone else. Getting my mother in law in the facility was super simple and very inviting. Overall id give them a 4. The staff have been amazing, with my mother in law who at times can be unbearable. One thing I have an issue with is not being able to reach the Doctors/PA's who come to Sundale to visit patients. Another thing was that we tried to have my MIL medications distributed by Sundale's med-aids that did not work out due to my MIL refusing for anyone to have her medications in their possession. We really appreciated the fact that took a big interest in our loved one and made big efforts helping her get adjusted during her first few weeks at the community.
