Positive5 on all. Everything was fine. I have no complaints with anything. I would recommend Sunrise of Bethesda to other families based on our experience so far.

CriticalThe facility is very attractive and well maintained, but my visit was a mess: the scheduled tour guide was busy so I never met or spoke to her. The very nice substitute guide did her best but was not able to answer all my questions, especially about costs— a crucial issue of course. PositiveWe were very pleased with Sunrise of Bethesda. My wife had a fairly advanced Alzheimer's and they put her into an intermediate floor where she had a very nice accommodation. The staff was terrific. It's a beautiful space, kind of warm and inviting, similar to the other Sunrises. I did not try the food, but the dining area looked very nice. I understand they have a Sunday brunch for residents and families every week, which I think is a nice feat…

PositiveSales staff and helping staff were very friendly. The sales staff could have could have been more assertive less free flowing in selling the place. It's probably a good idea to start the interview in a structured fashion but be flexible in reacting to the prospective residents issues.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff and positive environment are wonderful!! I would recommend
