PositiveA truly beautiful place, gorgeous grounds, well kept and spotlessly clean as well. Lots of activities and a convivial environment. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Very safe as well, with 24 hour nurses' station. Great menu with accomodations to dietary needs. Lively yet soothing ambience. I enjoyed my tour there.

Staff overall excellent. My mom is in memory care. Recently however I had one visit where I was highly disappointed. There might be something going on w slight deterioration at sunrise of crestwood. Otherwise no complaints except that I want more contact with them re my mom.

-Her unit apt is just the right studio size. -She has a nice view outside, and on the first floor level. -Staff is kind, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile. -She love the food, and is eating more often. -Location is perfect for family, and friends to visit. It is located very close to where I live as well, 25 minutes with no highway driving! All in all, [name removed], and we as a family, are very pleased with Sunrise Crestwood Yonkers.

PositiveMy brother and I recently visited a couple of Assisted Living Communities for our mom. At one of them, we were warmly greeted by a kind lady with a welcoming smile. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, patiently answering all of our questions before guiding us on a tour of the facility. At the end of the visit, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful gift basket. Overall, the experience was both informative and very helpful.
