My husband was at Sunrise of Dublin Memory Care for 5 months. I moved him out because he was unsafe & poorly cared for. Management listened to my complaints, but only provided only temporary patches. The Director relied on issuing memos which didn't fix problems. The Memory Care Manager was in her office or away at training instead of out on the floor, leaving little direct oversight of employees. The front desk staff was polite and the business manager was great at fixing incorrect invoices. Some caregivers seem…

PositiveGreat guide, very nice facility, great location (very pretty setting). Quite intimate if that is something that would appeal to you or your relative. It would be nice if more larger apartments were available, but they are hard to come by at most assisted living facilities.

I had to fight to get the refund when I left and I constantly had to remind the aides that I was entitled to one assisted shower per week. One time it was three weeks before I had my next shower. And I kept complaining about. Made a lot of friends easily enough.
