PositiveResponsive staff
The facility and staff are very responsive to requests from family members and are kind to the residents. The reason I may rate 4 instead of 5 is that at times I have had to reinforce requests to the caregiver staff, through management.

5 for all! We've been thrilled with the level of care and attention. Couldn't be happier. It's not cheap but worth every cent. My mother-in-law was at the end stage of her Parkinson's when we moved my in-laws to Sunrise, so she passed about 6 months after arrival (my father-in-law is still there). Her disease and death were a horrible situation, but they were such great partners in that process. We felt her passing was peaceful and with so much LOVE! The love, care and compassion is something I will never forget.

They are very professional and treat your family like one of their own loved ones could not recommend them more. It has a very home like environment as soon as you walk in the door you see a lot of happy people sitting and talking or walking through the facility. It's a very active place full of life and energy.

A few staff very familiar with wife's habits! Yes, I would recommend this community to other families! Moved 3 times and we're here for the duration. They don't put up with shenanigans either!
