The facility was beautiful they were finishing up renovations. The atmosphere there was not overwhelming since they are a smaller size and can house only a limited amount of people and everyone makes you feel welcome and you feel like it's more of a personal connection. I would recommend them highly, we felt very comfortable placing my mom here.

Overall, we are very happy with everything—5 stars across all categories. The care coordinators assigned to my aunt are wonderful. They assist her whenever needed while also respecting her independence, which we truly appreciate. There are activities scheduled throughout the day, and the staff makes a genuine effort to involve as many residents as possible. The food is very good, and the facility is welcoming and accommodating to guests.

They could not keep the head of the aides (called care managers). In the year my mom was there, the first one left 3 months after my mom got there which was probably about 6 months after she started, then we went 3 months without one. The next one lasted about 4 months. And there was nobody for my mom's last couple of months. Head nurse left and it took 6 months to replace her.
