We are really pleased with everything. My mom is in a suite. She has her own bedroom and shares a bathroom and a common area. All very clean and nice. The overall place is cheery and always active. The staff are great and there are always tons of activities (which my mom loves). I would highly recommend. It is also easy to access from the highway, metro trains/buses, and centrally located in downtown Rockville, MD (a terrific location).

Our experience here was incredibly disappointing. Our loved one fell multiple times, requiring multiple hospital visits. Management would not work with us to mitigate fall risk and general communication was highly problematic. The executive director was dismissive, condescending, and unwilling to work with us to address our concerns. There was poor recordkeeping (they destroyed and threw away legal documents without informing us) and clearly had an inability to manage staff and quality assurance. The quality of car…

Review for Sunrise of Rockville

I would give them 5 stars because the people there are very caring and they communicate regularly with me and my siblings. The place is always beautifully kept and they have a variety of activities going all day long. The staff is extremely friendly and caring going out of their way to talk to my siblings and I about our mom's experiences and mental heath. I recommend this place highly.

Sunrise of Rockville was a very nice facility. It had a very warm, homey vibe. When I walked in, a resident was playing the piano and residents enjoying listening to the piano. There seemed to be a good community feeling there. Lisa, who was conducting the tour, was very warm and understanding. She was a nice person to talk to and gave a nice tour. The sales associate was very helpful. He was patient and took the time to explain everything to me. The facility was immaculate and the residents were all about and friendly. Had the opportunity to talk with a couple persons and had a tour of the facility and they layout of the room one would occupy.
