The staff is friendly and helpful, they want everyone to be safe and well looked after, but also have meaning in their days. PositiveThe daily activities are amazing! The number, length and variety. The activities staff enjoy their job and it shows. It makes the days very enjoyable. There is something for everyone. I don't how to be more clear.

CriticalSunrise of Springfield is seriously under staffed with care managers, housekeepers and maintenance personnel. Many of the remaining care managers have a limited knowledge of English. Communication between the staff and residents is poor. My mother is not happy.
★★★★★
PositiveI was just so impressed with everyone and everything. It totally forced me to rethink my opinion of assisted living. We would most definitely recommend Sunrise of Springfield to other families based on the experience so far.
