My parents moved into The Kensington Falls Church. Their staff is amazing and very open to both the family's needs and my parents' needs. It's an amazing onboarding experience with them. It was very smooth, even though there was a plethora of paperwork. They were able to guide us through it and really helped us. The transition was as seamless as could be expected. The Kensington Falls Church is great, it's a top-notch facility. My mom moved there last September. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a fairly new building, I think it's been open about four years, and everything is really clean, new, really nice, and well-maintained. They have fresh flowers everywhere so it's a very nice facility. We toured both assisted living and memory care.

The staff is very nice and friendly and helpful when asked. The food has been good so far. I would recommend them to anyone.
