PositiveFound Perfect Place
Overall, very pleased. Whenever any issues arise, they are very responsive. My aunt is getting very good care. The cleanliness of the facility and her room are great. She is in a 1 bedroom and is plenty big. There are lots of activities and she has started taking advantage of them. She has celiac so she must eat gluten free food. They do a good job accommodating her diet restrictions. Staff is friendly and seem to genuinely care for the residents.

As a family we were very satisfied with all you're asking about. I especially was satisfied with the management team and staff. They were always friendly and attentive and took great care of my mom. With her many issues and being 95 my mom was in memory care. I cannot say enough of how well she was taken care of every day.

My mother has been at Sunrise of Westmont since [Date Removed]. My mother and I have been very pleased with the care she has received. Every staff member remembers her name and address her so. Every time I have been to visit her I have been greeted warmly, even being told where my mom is in the building before I even finishing signing in. Loved the layout of the room. The roll in shower is fabulous. The caregivers were great! They could use more staff, but it's at every place. The caregivers were very gentle, caring and considerate.

PositiveI would rate this facility at 5 stars. My mom is moving in today, the [Date removed]. Everyone I’ve met and interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable and kind. No question I’ve had hasn’t been answered. I believe it’s the right place for my mom in this stage of her life with the issues she has. I’m very comfortable, as are my siblings, with the decision to move her to Sunrise of Westmont.
